Job Order in Connection with an H-2B Application: 
Sealing Agents Waterproofing, Inc., located at 2034-A Van Buren Avenue, Indian Trail, NC 28079, Phone 704-882-7016, is looking to fill six (6) General Laborer positions from October 1, 2021 to October 15, 2021. This is for temporary, full-time peakload employment. Duties include: supplement workers already in place by performing physical labor activities at construction sites; assist coating sprayers by performing duties requiring less skill; use, supply, or hold materials or tools and clean work area and equipment; may operate hand and power tools of various types such as chipping hammers, earth tampers, and a variety of other small equipment; may clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, and clean debris and other waste materials; safely operate company equipment, help with light maintenance and cleaning, and perform tasks as directed by supervisor or crew leader in a safe and timely manner. This position supports all areas of business as determined by supervisor and performs home division work on interior of homes during inclement weather. While performing the duties of this job, the temporary worker is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is often required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move heavy objects. Vision abilities pertaining to this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The company will provide protective gear for the employee's use in all applicable situations. While preforming the duties of this job, the employee will regularly encounter outside weather conditions, and regularly encounter moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, or airborne particles, and chemicals. The employee will often encounter wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment ranges from moderate to loud. Position requires one (1) month related experience or training. Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs for 75 yards. The employer will provide on the job training in the proper use of tools and equipment. Workers may be required to submit to random drug or alcohol tests at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. All testing will occur post-hire and is not part of the interview process. Negative results may be required post-hire and before commencing work. The requested temporary workers will be based at 236 Mills Gap Road, Fletcher, NC 28732. Work to be performed in multiple worksites throughout Henderson County. Workers will be required to travel from housing to worksites. The Employer will provide transportation at no cost. All worksites will be in the same area of intended employment.

$14.68+/hour, based on experience, overtime available at $22.02+/hour, based on hourly rate. Overtime available, but not guaranteed. Applicants may be paid higher than prevailing wage based on experience or merit. 40 hours per week. 6:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday. Job opportunity is temporary, full-time position.

Single workweek will be used in computing wages due. Pay period is bi-weekly. Employer will make all deductions from worker's paycheck required by law. Employer arranged housing available at weekly payroll deduction for up $50 per week. The offered housing is optional to workers. Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed by a company check, separate from the payroll check, if the worker completes half of the employment period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back to home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economically and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $13.17 per day during travel to a maximum of $55 per day with receipts. Reimbursement in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but not included passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). The employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the work days in each 12-week period for a total employment period.
